I ran into a bit of a snag today, and I was getting frustrated, but Ms. Jacky was very kind enough to give me a call. She is an excellent person—thank you so much! This is one of the best car washes I’ve ever visited, and the prices are very reasonable.

I’ve been coming to this car wash for a while, but my last two visits have been disappointing. On both occasions, I had to ask for a towel to wipe down my car myself. During my most recent visit, the interior glass had been sprayed but not wiped, so I had to clean it on my own. There was even blue tape still left on the car, and parts of the exterior were still wet. I’m not sure what has changed recently, but the quality of service seems to be going in the wrong direction. I hope to see improvements moving forward.

I highly recommend Spotless Car Wash if you want your car shining like it just came off the lot!
